Attorney Liu Xuebing has received his legal education and gained professional experience in both China and Canada. He graduated fromChina University of Political Science and Law, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws degree, and later graduated fromPeking University School of Law, majoring in procedural law, he earned a Master of Laws degree; from 2005 to 2006, he was selected by the Chinese Ministry of Justice as an outstanding young lawyer to participate in a one-year program of study and practical training in the Anglo-American legal system at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) at the University of London. After arriving in Canada, he went on to work atYork University School of Law and the University of Toronto Faculty of LawHe continued his legal studies and has gained in-depth knowledge and practical experience in both Chinese law and the Canadian common law.

Before becoming a lawyer in Canada, Mr. Liu had worked as a litigation attorney in China for 10 years. During that time, he gained extensive litigation experience and handled numerous difficult and complex cases. These experiences honed his keen analytical and judgmental skills regarding facts, evidence, and legal issues, and laid a solid foundation for his future work handling complex legal matters in Canada.

During his practice in Canada, Attorney Liu has long specialized in real estate law,Has handled a large number of real estate transactions...covering residential property sales, the handover of pre-construction and new homes, property title transfers, loans and refinancing, as well as various legal issues that arise during real estate transactions.
